Job Summary

The Project Analyst will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of clean energy projects from development to early execution stages. The role focuses on project oversight, governance, documentation, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery in line with approved objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project plans and track execution to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and targets.
  • Provide timely updates on schedule, cost, and risks, and escalate issues where necessary.
    Support operational efficiency and cost control activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by supporting initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain project governance structures, documentation systems, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate across teams to align technical, regulatory, commercial, and operational activities.
  • Track key dependencies, approvals, contractor outputs, and compliance requirements to support execution readiness.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports to support management decision-making.
  • Contribute to contract and agreement reviews to ensure alignment with company interests.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the business.
  • Support team problem-solving, share industry insights, and contribute to knowledge development.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

  • Timeliness of project milestone tracking and reporting.
  • Accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
  • Effectiveness in identifying and escalating risks.
  • Adherence to project schedules.
  • Quality of management reports.

Job Requirements (Education & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerate or related field such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance from a recognised institution.
  • MBA or professional accounting/finance qualification is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience (e.g. Business Development, Financial Analysis, Asset Management).

  • Good understanding of petroleum economics.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
