Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and streamline our company’s operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business performance.
  2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals and objectives.
  4. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve targets and deliver results.
  6. Identify and implement best practices and standards to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Evaluate existing processes and systems, making recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  8. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a senior operations role, preferably in business operations, process improvements and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to the company’s operations.
