Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with Aureole’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Implement performance management processes to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
