Overview:

Delta Industrial Equipment Ltd is a leading provider of industrial equipment solutions, specializing in Perkins engines. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Perkins Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the Perkins service department, ensuring efficient and timely completion of service tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of Perkins engines and equipment, identifying maintenance needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement service schedules to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation, including work orders, reports, and equipment history.
• Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure availability of necessary resources for service operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of Perkins parts and materials, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Train and mentor service team members on Perkins products, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to service technicians, fostering professional development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Perkins engine service and maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of Perkins engines, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
