We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
