HR Assistant Manager @ Global Profilers

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Assist in managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
• Coordinate employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
