Quality Assurance Officer @ The Yellow Plate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control standards across all stages of our product lifecycle. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Train and educate staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• B.Sc or HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or otherrelated science courses.
• Minimum of 3 years of laboratoryexperience with an understanding of Good Laboratory practices (GMP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and laboratory safety within an FMCG
• Experience in Syrup Mixing
• Solid and demonstrable knowledge of laboratory procedures.
• Ability to write SOPs and Food safety rules
• Proficiency with MS Office suites.
