Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Citron Investment’s services, increase brand awareness, and drive client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Citron Investment’s services and products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and relevance in marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the financial services industry , at least 3yrs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
