Job Description:

We are seeking diligent and skilled Site Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Site Worker at Tongyi Group Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by assisting in various on-site tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of plastic materials monthly to our site locations.
• Meeting a target of 30 tones of plastics monthly.
• Operate equipment and machinery for loading and unloading plastic materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during transportation and handling of materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with plastic suppliers, including businesses, organizations, and individuals, to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of plastic materials for recycling.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transportation, and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to optimize logistics and operations.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to plastic recycling and sourcing. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to material handling and transportation.
• Ability to use a compressing machine is an added advantage.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and recycling initiatives.
• Fluency in Hausa Language.
