Job Description:

Next Gear Group is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and designers to develop creative and functional interior spaces that align with project goals and objectives. From conceptualization to execution, you will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval.
• Create detailed interior architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design concept.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior architecture or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Interested candidates should possess a great Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years of work experience.
