Job Title: Operator
Location: Falomo, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to customers’ orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Accurately record and process customer orders.
- Provide customers with information on menu items, prices, and available promotions.
- Confirm delivery addresses and coordinate orders with the dispatch team.
- Respond politely to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of orders received.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 per month.
