Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Promote products and drive sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Arrange, display, and replenish merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Process customer transactions and ensure accurate sales records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; OND or equivalent is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Honest, presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
