Job Title: Accountant / Finance Officer

Location: Lekki Peninsula Scheme 2, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, numerically strong and reliable individual to join the team as an Accounting & Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements with company records
• Track expenses and maintain proper financial documentation
• Support payroll processing when required
• Prepare basic financial reports and financial summaries
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Work with outsourced accounting consultants as required

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to accounting processes
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Previous accounting/finance experience is an advantage but not compulsory for the right candidate
