Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our Technical Services team at Honda Motor Company Limited. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and guidance to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous technical assistance to customers via various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Honda vehicles, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and software concerns.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction with the resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Development to address recurring technical issues and improve product reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date on Honda’s latest products, technologies, and service procedures through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related study.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
